The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Agent (CEA) to add to our team at our Westeel facility. You will be the front-line primary contact with our customers and product end users. The CEA will attend to customer queries and concerns, provides them with information, and takes their product orders.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Answer telephone queries from customers, including faxes and e-mail.

\xc2\xb7 Order entry function, ensuring the accuracy of product code entered, pricing and shipping details.

\xc2\xb7 Enter credits/debits into the system as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Record customer concerns or issues into the quality module in Westeel\'s current ERP system.

\xc2\xb7 Managing and coordinating customer orders

\xc2\xb7 Support and collaboration with external sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Help and guide our AGI dealers on AGI process.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with Planning and/or Shipping regarding customer specific needs relating to load shipments.

\xc2\xb7 Respond to technical questions regarding the customer\'s Purchase Order and invoice.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 2+ year\'s customer service experience within manufacturing, logistics, distribution is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Customer support skills and ability to deal with escalated customer concerns.

\xc2\xb7 Agriculture knowledge and customer support experience preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication is required.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Strong team player.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is preferred, but not necessary.
