We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our Customer Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational and support skills, a proven track record of going above and beyond for customers, excellent communication abilities, and a natural talent for building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Administration:
Efficiently handle order intake, ensuring accurate and detailed information is captured for seamless processing.
Provide support to the production team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with production and shipping teams to monitor and track order progress, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues to the account team or customers directly
Utilize organizational skills to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery.
Gather feedback from customer touchpoints to understand ways we can improve the process to make their touchpoints with Xeist seamless
Administrative Support:
Offer administrative support to the executive and accounts team
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support executive decision-making.
Customer Communication:
Support parts of the customer journey from order intake to delivery, providing timely updates and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Ensure clear and effective communication between customers and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Professional Representation:
Attend industry events, customer events, and team fittings to help expand the professional network, and represent Xeist Sports in a customer-focused and professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Proven track record of efficient time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset in anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventive measures.
Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and other software tools.
We are seeking a candidate who can work in person out of our headquarters in Beamsville ON, as we believe this fosters stronger collaboration and synergy within our team.
