Position: Customer Disputes/Claims
Location: Saint-Laurent, hybrid role
Salary: Up to $50K per year, based on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Our partner, a reputable distribution company, is seeking an eager and driven Customer Disputes/Claims to join their team in a permanent position with benefits.
Perks:

- Work from home four days a week, one day a week from office in Saint-Laurent
Your role:
- Daily deduction processing for major accounts
- Create validations and approval of credit note issuance
- Ensure that the right data is being entered from internal and external sources
- Work with several warehouses to process credit notes accurately and promptly
- Organize, analyze, and coordinate the process of insurance for Return Authorizations (RA) to external consumers based on merchant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills in both English and French
- At least two years of experience in a relevant function
- Outstanding Excel and analytical abilities
