Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client/Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital to ensure the smooth operation of our business and aligning our values with our clients and our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail-oriented, have a good base of using technology, Mac OS, spreadsheets, Google ecosystem, AI experience an asset.

Requirements



This is a 3 month contract with potential for full time in 2026 Must have own transportation High percentage of in person hours with some remote/home work available Hours required vary depending on schedules and requires flexibility in your lifestyle, will be working days, evenings, weekends; no late nights Must located close to Niagara Falls, ON and be available to work in office when required

Duties



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records, schedule and communicate with coaches and associations Work with technology, maximizing efficiency Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain phone etiquette and ensure clear communication with customers at all times. Coordinate staff schedules with shooting and post production schedules

Skills



Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Technical skills with computers, MacOS, Google Suite, AI, etc. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback effectively. Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques. Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity in all interactions. Detail oriented in daily tasks, communication and scheduling. Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.82-$19.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
