Customer Care Specialist
**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Care Specialist will:
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the sales, production, logistics and installation departments of the company.
  • Start and monitor the progress of the order from initial receipt to completed installation ensuring optimum timely results are achieved to meet the expected delivery date of the customer.
  • Act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emergency problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Put themselves in their customer\xe2\x80\x99s shoes and advocate for them when necessary, keeping Vidir in the forefront of their decisions and will manage the installation schedule.
  • The successful incumbent is accountable to provide service to our customers and ensure their experience with Vidir is optimal and a positive experience.
  • They will build relationships with our customers by continuously listening and identifying solutions for improvements in our products and customer experience.
  • They will support the model of safety and health; managing risks and hazards and lead by example.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in customer service support. In addition, the following competencies are required.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to problem solve and detail oriented
  • Proficient using Microsoft office Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work in an environment that fosters diversity and inclusion
  • Continuously challenging the status quo seeking improvement and innovation in all aspects of work.
