Accessibility Professionals is a leading supplier of accessible showers, wheelchair lifts and other home accessibility products, and our Customer Care team provides invaluable support and guidance, assisting customers in selecting the perfect solutions for their unique needs.

Primary Functions



Handle incoming calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Effectively upsell and cross sell when opportunities arise. Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in their purchase decisions. Efficiently handle inquiries, process orders, address customer concerns, and follow up with customers. Educate customers on our company and product offerings. Maintain meticulous records and input customer information using CRM systems. Share feedback, trends, and suggestions with the team to continuously improve sales, marketing, and business processes to ultimately improve the customer experience.

Desired Skills and Expertise



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer experience. Proficiency in clerical and administrative procedures. Familiarity with data entry in CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing circumstances. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong interpersonal communication with a focus on customer service, ability to clearly communicate through emails and on the telephone. The shifts for this role are 8 hours and will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
