We're looking for a Customer CareScheduling Coordinator to be the cheerful, organized link between our clients, technicians, and team. If you're someone who loves helping people, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys variety in your day, from scheduling to customer calls to lending a hand in the office or warehouse, this role is for you!

Pay:

Depending On Experience

Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling options including Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Wednesday to Saturday.

What you'll do

Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every call feels valued Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and follow-ups with accuracy and care Keep customer records, memberships, and warranties up to date Support office tasks like filing, preparing packages, and organizing supplies Jump in to help with light warehouse or team support duties when needed Create a positive experience for clients and teammates every day

What we're looking for:



2+ years of relevant customer facing experience Comfortable with outbound calling Superior Customer Service Skills Professional communication: written and verbal Well-organized and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments Experience in offering membership-based services Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand * Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWeb-Based Software Navigation
