We're looking for a Customer CareScheduling Coordinator to be the cheerful, organized link between our clients, technicians, and team. Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling options including Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Wednesday to Saturday.

What you'll do

Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every call feels valued
Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and follow-ups with accuracy and care
Keep customer records, memberships, and warranties up to date
Support office tasks like filing, preparing packages, and organizing supplies
Jump in to help with light warehouse or team support duties when needed
Create a positive experience for clients and teammates every day
What we're looking for:
2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
Comfortable with outbound calling
Superior Customer Service Skills
Professional communication: written and verbal
Well-organized and the ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
Experience in offering membership-based services
Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
