We are currently seeking Customer Care & Reservations Agents to join our team in St. John\'s, NL Job Duties:

• Quote fares and book flights for customers;
• Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
• Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
• Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
• Address customer service issues with empathy and understanding;
• Provide general information regarding PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
• When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
• Other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience is required
• Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
• Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is preferred
• Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
