Your Role

As our

Customer Care Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a first impression that sets our team up for success. Your day will include:

Answering calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our plumbing team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Providing clear, friendly support to customers, guiding them through services. Offering administrative and organizational support to help keep our operations on track. Working closely with field technicians to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills--friendly, clear, professional, and customer-focused. Experience in customer service or office administration (bonus if it's in a trades or service environment). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software and email tools (we'll train you on ours). Positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine care for customers.

Bonus

: Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend work. Our schedule is somewhat negotiable.
