Position Overview

We are seeking a

Customer Care Representative

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers with their needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
