Our Moncton, New Brunswick clinic is actively seeking a fully French-English Bilingual candidate to work as a Customer Care Representative!

At a high level, you will:

• Greet our clients when they arrive and ensure a smooth visit during their time with us
• You will receive training to work with insurance companies on successful third-party billing operations
• Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs. We don\'t expect you to know this now - we will provide training for this!

• Vous recevrez une formation pour travailler avec les compagnies d\'assurances sur les op\xc3\xa9rations de facturations
• Effectuer les nettoyages, l\'entretien des produits et les r\xc3\xa9parations mineures des appareils en clinique. Nous ne nous attendons pas \xc3\xa0 ce que vous le sachiez maintenant - nous vous fournirons la formation !
