Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate and engaging customer experiences via Phone, Email and Live Chat.
• Support our Spanish speaking customers with their concerns and questions.
• Approach each inquiry with positivity and a genuine solutions-focus.
• Confidently use a multitude of systems and related software to effectively manage all inquiries.
• Share customer feedback and issue trends openly to support continued business growth.
• Collaborate and interact with members of the team in efforts to creating meaningful solutions and timely responses.
• Actively contribute and engage with the team as a team player and a supporter of continued excellence.
Requirements:
• 2 years in a customer service role is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Empathetic, positive, and consistent with every interaction receiving the same level of attention and exceptional service.
• Top notch organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active listener, and problem solver, with a true desire to help others.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
