Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about company services, project updates, and general support.
Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure all communication is logged properly.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints or follow up on pending requests.
Assist customers with appointments, documentation, and service-related processes.
Prepare and maintain customer service reports and feedback summaries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and solution-driven service.
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive, Receptionist, or similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high volumes of inquiries.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
