We're currently looking for a

Service Customer Care Coordinator

to join our team at BANNISTER FORD EDSON. If you're detail-oriented, personable, and motivated to create a seamless service experience for our customers, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)

Greet customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a friendly and professional first point of contact Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors and technicians to maximize shop efficiency Communicate service updates, estimates, and timelines with customers in a timely and transparent manner Assist with preparing repair orders, invoices, and warranty documentation Support the service team in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores

Performance Essentials (Qualifications)

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or service environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Full-time availability -- typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
