Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead/Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers at parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site customer assistance and guidance
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Address complaints with empathy and professionalism
Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity
Troubleshoot parking equipment issues
Maintain accurate cash and parking records
Enroll/cancel I-PASS for payroll staff and coordinate with payroll
Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards
Respond promptly to equipment damage reports and initiate service requests
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher education
Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
