Job Summary:
The Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers at the parking facility, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.

Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Compensation:
Hourly, $ 18.97/hour which will increase to $20.49 after one year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports to the Site Supervisor and Client Relations Manager to support parking operations
Interacts face to face with customers, addressing their complaints in a compassionate, patient and professional manner
Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
Assists customers with the overall in/out process of parking
Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift
Regular site/equipment check ups
Troubleshooting parking equipment issues
Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places an E-service ticket as needed
Maintains the general cleanliness of both the work area and of the location as required
Complete additional duties assigned
Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

Skills & Qualifications:
High School Graduate or higher education
Basic Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity, is an asset
Excellent customer service skills
Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written and oral)
Positive attitude and empathy for clients
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
