Position Summary
Reporting to the Team lead/ Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers at parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process customers credit cards and cash transactions in a timely manner
Prepare shift reports and shift bank deposit
Assist customers at pay stations and entry/exit lanes
Report on parking equipment issues and safety concerns to manager
Create visitor passes and keep track of them
Maintain pass logs and tracking sheets as necessary
Serve as ambassador for the client / hospital
Provide friendly and courteous customer service
Clerical duties, filing, sort tickets, data entry
Maintain clean work environment
Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher education
Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
Related Experience & Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and oral
Problem solving skills and decision-making skills as needed
Organized work habits
Work with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of POS, parking equipment, and computers
Strong math skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and to adapt to changing priority schedules
