Customer Care Associate
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Answer and transfer phone calls Welcome customers and vendors with professionalism and warmth Data entry in our management system Prepare work order packs for technicians Schedule appointments Collect payments Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent organizational skills Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous experience in customer service Comfort using social media platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels Solid work ethic, reliability, and sense of responsibility Willingness to learn internal company systems & programs Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment Clear and concise communicator with attention to detail Able to prioritize tasks and take initiative Team player who can also work independently when required Empathy and adaptability when working with customers and coworkers Bilingualism is considered an asset.
