We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a casual position with most availability needed during the first two weeks of each month. There is flexibility and room to negotiate the hours.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service processes.
Utilize analysis skills to assess customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
