We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Customer Service Representative with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include resolving customer inquiries pertaining to return authorizations and shorts, damaged or lost shipments. You will perform research as needed to facilitate prompt resolution based on policies and procedures, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of prior working customer service experience and excel at working in a team environment. Candidate must reside in Greater Golden Horseshoe and have
bilingual (English/French)
communication skills.
What You'll Do
Issue Return Authorizations numbers (RA's) for products purchased from TD Synnex within Return Policy Guidelines
Handle inbound calls for customer
Handle large volumes of e-mail requests
Follow procedures to seek approval on customer RA requests "out of policy"
Interface with several internal departments to research and resolve issues - RA Receiving, Traffic, Inventory Control, Buyers, Product Management, Financial Services, Sales, and externally with vendors
Deliver on response commitments to customers within 6-8 hours
Answer customer queries on a variety of transactions - return credits, after sales issues
Research and resolve customer problems - shipping discrepancies, tracer requests, credit and debits when required to reconcile the account and obtain the necessary sign-off
Work in a safe manner. Be conscious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation to the employer.
What We're Looking For
Minimum completion of high school plus a minimum 1 or 2 years prior working experience in a customer service role
Professional phone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Working knowledge of MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook
Previous work experience within a similar role is preferred
Problem solving skills
Computer product knowledge an asset
Enjoy working in a busy, high volume transaction environment
Core competencies include analytical skills, communication skills, dependability, listening and negotiating skills, organizational and multi-tasking and a high degree of quality customer service

Ce que Vous Ferez
Emettre des numeros d'autorisation de retour (RA) pour les produits achetes chez TD Synnex dans le cadre des directives de la politique de retour.
Gerer les appels entrants des clients.
Traiter de grands volumes de demandes par e-mail.
Suivre les procedures pour demander l'approbation des demandes RA des clients " hors politique ".
Interagir avec plusieurs departements internes pour rechercher et resoudre des problemes - Reception RA, Trafic, Controle des stocks, Acheteurs, Gestion de produits, Services financiers, Ventes, et a l'exterieur avec les fournisseurs.
Respecter les engagements de reponse envers les clients dans un delai de 6 a 8 heures.
Repondre aux questions des clients sur une variete de transactions - credits de retour, problemes apres-vente.
Rechercher et resoudre les problemes des clients - ecarts d'expedition, demandes de tracage, credits et debits lorsque necessaire pour reconcilier le compte et obtenir les signatures necessaires.
Travailler de maniere securitaire. Etre conscient a tout moment de la securite au travail, en respectant les mesures et pratiques de sante et de securite etablies par l'entreprise. Signaler les dangers sur le lieu de travail et toute violation de la legislation pertinente a l'employeur.
Ce que Nous Recherchons
Diplome de fin d'etudes secondaires minimum plus un minimum de 1 ou 2 ans d'experience anterieure dans un role de service a la clientele.
Maniere professionnelle au telephone.
Solides competences en communication verbale et ecrite en anglais et en francais.
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a etablir des priorites.
Connaissance pratique de MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
Une experience de travail anterieure dans un role similaire est preferee.
Competences en resolution de problemes.
Connaissance des produits informatiques un atout.
Aimer travailler dans un environnement de transactions a fort volume et tres actif.
Les competences cles incluent des competences analytiques, des competences en communication, la fiabilite, des competences d'ecoute et de negociation, des competences organisationnelles et de multitache, ainsi qu'un haut degre de qualite du service a la clientele.
