Manage inbound calls and emails with knowledge and efficiency Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction Receive and log complaints Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment Perform general office duties Professional telephone skills

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
