What You Do

Teaching consumers about our products and our procedures. Greeting all customers with a smile Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns Keeping the bakery clean and assist our Baking team whenever needed Providing an excellent customer service Replenishing products on our storefront for our customers Packaging our products for the customers Retail experience and experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions is a strong asset Other duties as assigned

You Are/Have:

Work ethic Optimistic, have a positive attitude, and is solution oriented Excited about a true startup culture - fast paced, challenging, and fun Able to meet the physical demands of the job A flexible work schedule Follow the security guidelines

Experience/Education

1+ years of experience as a Sales Associate is considered an asset but is not required Basic math skills Detail oriented Merchandising Friendly and able to talk to customers Ability to multitask

Conditions

To be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift Pushing, pulling or bending frequently Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs

Wage

Starting at $16.55/hour
