About the Role



We're looking for a

Customer Advisor, (Financing Navigator)

someone who thrives on solving problems, loves to talk to people, and gets satisfaction from making things clearer, easier, and more manageable for others.

In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service over the phone and by email. You'll help homeowners understand energy efficiency upgrades, guide them through financing and rebate programs, and ultimately play a key part in helping Atlantic Canadians live more sustainably.

What You'll Do



Act as a guide for homeowners navigating energy retrofits and financing options. Respond to incoming phone calls and emails with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information. Resolve issues quickly or escalate when necessary to ensure a smooth experience. Build strong relationships with customers by being reliable, resourceful, and kind. Maintain a working knowledge of regional/national energy efficiency programs, grants, and rebates. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes. Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.

What You Bring



1+ years of experience in customer service (phone-based experience an asset). A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Confidence working independently and as part of a supportive team. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
