Accountabilities:

  • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 5 - 15 Customer Service team members.
  • Supervise order management. Including fill rates/shortages, on time delivery, must arrive by dates, preventable recalls, order corrections and timely releases.
  • Support full engagement of all promotional rollouts and work with all pertinent departments in planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain on-boarding and training plans for all employees.
  • Create and champion internal stagecoach process for flow behind items and new product rollouts.
  • Action, maintain, update or implement customer vendor handbooks, OS&D and compliance fines.
  • Conduct regular off site visits and meetings with Customers, our internal warehouses and 3PL providers
  • Create and maintain customer scorecards and action plans.
  • Support established internal committees for daily Business requirements.
Experience & Skillset:
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Up to 5 years in a Customer Service role
  • Previous leadership experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Professional, positive, outgoing and friendly disposition
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 an asset.
