Customer Account Manager (sales)

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the role of the Account Manager is to serve as the interface between the client and the technical services of Les Entreprises DBM Reflex Inc. They are the main link between DBM Reflex and the clients for all products and services.



Principles responsibilities



Prepare estimates and present them to customers; Negotiate sales prices; Establish priorities for upcoming projects based on the company's capabilities, workload, and direction; Create projects in the computer system and follow up throughout the manufacturing process (billing, payment, shipping, logistics, etc.); Track sales forecasts; Collect and share technical information related to various projects; Communicate constantly with clients and represent them internally; Support and guide representatives abroad; Manage feasibility study requests; Be aware of client needs to guide DBM's R&D decisions and know our competitors; Monitor technology and attend conferences on related technologies; Develop and analyze markets for all new products in research and development; Be on the lookout for new markets and potential new customer relationships to develop; Perform all other related sales tasks.

Knowledge, education and experience



College diploma in mechanical engineering; 1 to 2 years of sales experience (customer relations) Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential; Knowledge of the injection mold manufacturing process. Knowledge of the basic principles of international trade and logistics; Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office 365 suite, Excel, CAD).
