Position Overview
We are seeking a design-savvy, sales professional, client-focused, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Custom Sauna - Sales & Design Executive. You will lead clients through the journey of creating their dream sauna. This role blends luxury sales, wellness consulting, and custom design coordination. You'll be the face of our brand, guiding clients from concept to completion while ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch environments, understands the nuances of premium clientele, and has a proven track record of creating memorable customer experiences while exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking custom sauna solutions
Guide clients through the full sales and design journey--from initial consultation to final delivery
Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences
Present Saunacore's premium product offerings with confidence, clarity, and style
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Maintain detailed records and follow-ups using CRM tools
Control the customer journey with precision, ensuring satisfaction and timely decision-making
Close high-value sales through strategic communication and tailored presentations
Track and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales metrics
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
Stay current on sauna trends, wellness innovations, and luxury design standards
Represent Saunacore at trade shows, wellness expos, and luxury design events
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in high-value sales, wellness consulting, or interior design with long sales cycles.
Ability to quickly learn the technical aspect and become an expert in the field
Experience with full cycle commercial design sales and installation
Proven success in managing and closing high-ticket sales
Strong understanding of high-end client service and custom product delivery
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and client relationships
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales KPIs and performance metrics
Passion for wellness, design, and delivering elevated client experiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with professionalism and poise
