Are you detail-oriented, highly skilled in CAD, and passionate about design? Heronwood Custom Cabinetry is looking to add a talented Processor to our growing team. This role is central to ensuring that every project flows smoothly from design to production, and we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Use your CAD expertise (minimum 1 year experience) and proficiency with Cabinet Vision software to process detailed designs into accurate production files. Order materials, hardware, and doors, and coordinate timely deliveries to our shop. Work directly with suppliers and sales reps to negotiate pricing and secure the best value on materials. Support production with clear, accurate information that reflects a deep understanding of cabinet construction and design principles. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track materials, costs, and schedules. Communicate with team members and clients in a professional, clear, and timely manner.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD (high level required; Cabinet Vision strongly preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the cabinetry, woodworking, or construction industry. Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and design. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and other office tools. A team player who values collaboration and can adapt to a dynamic workflow.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
