experienced independent sales contractors
with a solid background in cabinetry and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least5+ years of experience in custom and small renovation cabinetry sales
, along with established relationships with builders, contractors, and renovators.Any experience with B2B sales or business development experience
is greatly appreciated.Responsibilities
Conduct engaging sales presentations for kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and renovators. Provide
custom quotes and site surveys
during consultations. Collaborate with ourtechnical design team
to support client projects. Embrace a consultative, value-driven sales approach to close deals. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings. Perform additional duties as required.Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in custom cabinetry and small renovation projects
.Any B2B sales or business development experience is preferred
.Established network
of builders, contractors, or renovators (preferred). Ability toread blueprints and conduct site surveys
. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.Compensation & Details
Base salary: $40,000 plus commission
Potential to earn$80,000-$120,000 annually
