We are seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet Woodworker to join our team and support our high standards of craftsmanship. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience with panel saws, we'd love to hear from you! The Custom Cabinet Woodworker will work closely with other team members and follow all safety protocols to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
Ideal Candidate will have experience custom woodworking with a solid understanding of custom cabinetry.
Responsibilities:
Build and assemble custom cabinets, and millwork according to design specifications and project requirements.
Read project specifications, floor plans, and blueprints
Assemble custom wood pieces with precision
Work in a team environment with minimum supervision
Strong knowledge of shop practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, quality control, and safety equipment
Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality in all finished products.
Collaborative in dealing with fellow employees
Practice safe working methods
Maintain a clean and tidy work area and conduct regular maintenance of tools and machinery
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years experience in woodworking Industry
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years' experience in Custom Cabinetry
Proficiency in working with various wood species and materials.
Knowledge of various woodworking tools and equipment is an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ability to work with a variety of materials.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for precision.
Ability to lift materials (up to 50lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong Basic Math Skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability and desire to work in a face-paced, high-end environment
