Summary

We are seeking a Cabinet Making Technician to join our team in Lucan, Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our custom cabinetry is built to the highest standards, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional craftsmanship and service. Our shop is located in Lucan, Ontario however our projects are located in various locations including Lucan, London, Ailsa Craig, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hands on cabinet making - Not CNC Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building techniques for custom cabinetry Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Punctual, professional, and dedicated to quality craftsmanship Build cabinets and millwork with precision and care Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform quality checks on completed projects Assist in troubleshooting any building/installation issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

Build custom cabinets according to project specifications and timelines Ensure all projects meet company standards and client expectations Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment Represent B A Custom Cabinets with professionalism in the shop and at all job sites
