What you will do:

Housekeeping throughout our various buildings, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, washing, and waxing. Performing basic maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, and other basic tasks when required to ensure that our buildings are properly maintained. Training will be provided as required. Reporting major safety and/or repairs that are observed to our Maintenance Team. Move-in and Move-out general cleaning and painting for units at the end and beginning of the month. Completing daily site walks to diagnose, action, and/or clean areas. Following safety procedures during all cleaning, repairing, and maintenance work. Maintaining accurate cleaning and maintenance logs. Ad-hoc duties as required.

What you bring to the Team

:

Class 5 Drivers License with reliable transportation. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Please note this position is physically demanding

requiring extensive kneeling, bending, standing, and squatting. Great people skills and ability to work well with the public to promote Veyron's vision. Excellent customer service skills A teamwork attitude. A can-do attitude, always willing to learn more.

Pay: $24.04-$26.44 per hour
