About the Role

Futures Canadian College is looking for a qualified

CSW Curriculum Developer

to design and enhance curriculum for our Community Service Worker program. The candidate

must have experience submitting curriculum through PARIS

and have received program approval previously.

Responsibilities

Develop, revise, and update curriculum, course outlines, learning outcomes, and assessments for the CSW program. Prepare full program documentation for

PARIS submission

, ensuring compliance with Ministry regulations. Align curriculum with current provincial standards, social services practices, and regulatory expectations. Create instructional materials, assignments, case studies, and evaluation tools. Incorporate real-world community service, mental health, counselling, and social work practices. Work collaboratively with academic leadership to maintain program relevance and compliance. Modify curriculum based on feedback, audits, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work psychology, Sociology, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of curriculum development experience in CSW or social services programs. (Required) Prior instructor or teaching experience in a post-secondary, adult-learning, community services, or social-services education setting. (Required) Successful curriculum submission and approval through

PARIS

. (Required) Strong knowledge of Ontario community services standards and vocational program requirements. Excellent writing, research, and curriculum design skills.
