Early Learners Montessori School - Cambridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Curriculum Coordinator to join our passionate team. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of the Montessori curriculum, aligned with the developmental needs of our students and the core values of Montessori education.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Implementation
Ensure Montessori curriculum is implemented consistently across classrooms, tailored to children's developmental stages.
Staff Support
Provide ongoing guidance and support to educators on classroom management, curriculum delivery, and instructional strategies.
Training and Evaluation
Design and deliver in-service training focused on Montessori best practices and principles.
Support staff evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
Resource Development
Create and maintain high-quality resources including lesson plans, activity guides, and material lists.
Communication and Collaboration
Facilitate strong communication among educators, parents, and community stakeholders to promote a collaborative learning environment.
Student Progress
Monitor student development and provide constructive feedback to staff and families to support individualized learning.
Parent Engagement
Conduct school tours, engage with prospective families, and maintain regular, meaningful communication with parents.
Professional Development
Promote professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and organizing staff development workshops.
Assessment and Evaluation
Oversee the documentation, review, and analysis of student observations and assessments.
Compliance
Ensure all practices align with Montessori standards and comply with educational regulations.
Environment
Collaborate with staff to maintain well-prepared, safe, and engaging classroom environments aligned with Montessori principles.

Qualifications:
Montessori Certification (AMI, MACTE, or equivalent) required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Montessori setting
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in curriculum development, staff training, and assessment practices
Passion for early childhood education and the Montessori philosophy
