Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Cultivation Technician

to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the health and productivity of our crops by performing hands-on tasks in all stages of plant growth, with a focus on daily greenhouse operations, sanatation, assisting grow team with daily task, working on outdoor and performing maintanace tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture or greenhouse environments and a passion for plant care but it is not essential, we are looking for a driven, focused individual who is willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

Be compliant and consistent in making batch records and destruction logs Perform daily and weekly sanitation duties Monitor crops daily for signs of pests, pathogens, and plant stress. Assist with implementation of IPM strategies, including beneficial insect releases, sanitation practices, and non-chemical control methods. Accurately document pest observations, treatments applied, and follow-up actions. Maintain compliance with all safety and pesticide regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Experience

Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural setting will be beneficial but not essential. Must be trust worthy, reliable and punctal Must have experience in keeping to schedules and perfoming daily task efficently and promptly
