As a
Cultivation Technician,
you'll combine technical knowledge with hands-on plant care. You'll apply your education in agriculture, biology, or plant science to help optimize every stage of the growing process -- from seed to harvest.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping our plants -- and our operation -- thriving. Your day-to-day work will combine science, precision, and care.
Plant Care Expertise:
Trim, prune, and tend to plants daily to support strong, healthy growth.
Cultivation Excellence:
Oversee the full lifecycle of cannabis plants, applying sustainable cultivation practices and proactive pest management.
Quality Assurance:
Follow strict quality standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure every crop meets our high expectations.
Equipment Management:
Calibrate, monitor, and maintain lighting, irrigation, and environmental control systems for optimal plant performance.
Meticulous Record Keeping:
Keep accurate, organized records to ensure full traceability and compliance.
Irrigation Mastery:
Manage both manual and automated watering systems to maintain ideal conditions.
Nutrient Management:
Mix and apply nutrient and bio-control solutions with precision to optimize plant health and yields.
Continuous Improvement:
Help refine cultivation techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Safety First:
Follow all safety and handling procedures for concentrated materials and facility operations.
Clean and Organized Work:
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-ordered growing environment at all times.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree/certificate in Agriculture, Plant Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
A passion for hands-on cultivation and applying science in real-world settings.
Strong observation, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
Comfort balancing technical tasks with physical, repetitive work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A curious, proactive mindset -- always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements
Based in or near Edmonton, Alberta.
Comfortable working in warm, humid grow environments with PPE (provided).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg) and perform repetitive movements.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (proof required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
