Cultivation Assistant

to support our grow operations and help maintain our exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily

plant care, feeding, and watering

in accordance with cultivation protocols. Monitor plant health, identifying

pests, diseases, or deficiencies

and reporting concerns to the cultivation team. Perform

pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and harvesting

tasks as required. Maintain

cleanliness and organization

in all cultivation areas, adhering to

GMP and Health Canada regulations

. Operate and maintain

cultivation equipment

, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs. Accurately record

data on plant growth cycles, environmental conditions, and production metrics

. Follow strict

biosecurity, hygiene, and safety protocols

to protect the integrity of the cultivation process.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in

agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation

(preferred but not required). Strong

attention to detail

and ability to follow precise cultivation guidelines. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, labor-intensive environment

(standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs). Ability to work independently and as part of a

team-oriented

environment. Familiarity with

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

and compliance regulations is an asset. Must be

19+ years old

and able to pass any required background checks.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
