We have a really exciting opportunity!Responsibilities That Grow With You:Get your hands dirty in the cultivation process: planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants
Keep a watchful eye on plant health, spotting pests, diseases, or nutrient issues before they become problems.
Master the operation and upkeep of cultivation equipment and systems.
Dive into the preparation and packaging of top-notch cannabis products.
Stick to the script with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to stay on the right side of regulations.
Keep things tidy and organized in our cultivation and production spaces.

Direct experience in cannabis cultivation and/or production is an asset
Experience in pharmaceutical production is an asset
Agricultural background is considered as an asset
Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Knowledge and understanding of good manufacturing and food safety practices (HACCP, WHMIS, GMP)
Ability to work in a multi-faceted environment, able to pivot and shift priorities with ease.
Exceptional eye for details and ability to work efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive within a team setting
Must be at least 19 years old
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be ready to pass Health Canada Security Clearance.Summary
