Les cuisiniers a la chaine sont responsables des taches suivantes :
Preparer les plats a la commande selon les indications du chef et des clients.
Suivre les recettes avec precision, comme indique par le Chef
Coordonner l'execution des plats avec les autres cuisiniers, selon les instructions du chef.
Repondre aux demandes speciales et aux restrictions alimentaires selon les directives du chef.
Mise en place du poste
S'assurer que toutes les fournitures necessaires au service sont pretes a etre utilisees
Avant le service, preparer les elements du plat tels que les bouillons et les garnitures. Cela peut comprendre le hachage des legumes et la boucherie.
Nettoyage du poste
Eliminer les dechets
Balayer et passer la serpilliere
Nettoyer toutes les surfaces du poste
Stocker ou jeter tous les articles non utilises
Les cuisiniers a la chaine doivent posseder les competences et l'experience suivantes
Experience anterieure dans une cuisine a haut volume ou formation culinaire equivalente (2+ ans)
Competences en matiere de couteau de niveau intermediaire a avance
Competences en gestion du temps
Comprehension approfondie de la manipulation securitaire des aliments
Esprit d'equipe et de cooperation

Line Cooks
are responsible for the following Tasks/Duties:
Prepare food to order as specified by the Chef and guest
Follow recipes accurately as outlined by Chef
Coordinate timing of dish completion with other cooks, as directed by Chef
Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions as directed by Chef
Station set up
Ensure all supplies needed for service ready for use
Prior to service, prep dish elements such as stocks and garnishes. This may include chopping vegetables and butchery.
Station clean up
Disposing of waste
Sweep and mop
Clean all surfaces on station
Store or dispose of all unused items
Line Cooks must possess the following Skills / Experience
Previous experience in high volume kitchen or equivalent culinary education (2+ years)
Intermediate to advanced knife skills
Time management skills
Thorough understanding of safe food handling
Team spirit and cooperative workflow
