Sommaire du poste:
Sous l'autorite du Chef, les cuisiniers assument toutes les responsabilites des operations de preparation et de service culinaires, en veillant au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine. Le cuisinier est responsable du respect des menus et du devis aussi bien pour la qualite des repas et autres mets que pour la qualite du service.
Responsabilites pour differents postes de cuisinier:
Service du petit-dejeuner;
Production du bar a salades;
Production des mets chauds;
Service du souper;
Preparation des sandwichs;
Toutes autres taches connexes.
Exigences:
2 a 5 ans d'experience dans une position similaire;
Cour de cuisine ou d'hotellerie (atout);
Formation en hygiene et salubrite alimentaires, MAPAQ (atout);
Detenir un permis classe 5 valide (requis pour certains postes de cuisinier);
Sens de l'organisation;
Habilete a travailler en equipe;
Faire preuve de jugement et de leadership;
Excellent communicateur;
Travail physique (debout, longues heures de travail);
Etre en mesure de lever des charges lourdes;
Bilinguisme (francais, anglais), un atout.

Job Summary:
Under the authority of the Chef, cooks assume all responsibilities for culinary preparation and service operations, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. The cook is responsible for following the menus and specifications for both the quality of meals and other dishes, as well as the quality of service.

Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Culinary or hospitality school (asset)
Food hygiene and safety training, MAPAQ (asset)
Valid Class 5 driver's license (required for certain cook positions)
Strong organizational skills

Good judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Physical work (standing, long hours)
