Chaque cuisinier est membre a part entiere de l'equipe Casa Grecque. En plus de ses responsabilites, quel que soit son poste, chaque membre de l'equipe est responsable d'aider les autres membres de l'equipe de cuisine au besoin afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du restaurant.
QUALITES/EXIGENCES :
Preparation de repas de qualite et de preparations alimentaires selon les recettes de la compagnie.
Date, entrepose et faire la rotation d'aliments dans les differents espaces prevus a cet effet.
Assure une standardisation au niveau du portionnement et de la presentation des plats.
Assure la proprete des equipements et des ustensiles de cuisines.
Nettoyer et steriliser les aires de preparation.
Assister les autres cuisiniers pour assurer un service rapide et exact des plats.
Assurer que les standards en securite alimentaire soient respectes
Autres taches connexes qui peuvent etre assignees.
The main functions of a Casa Grecque cook are the quality and accuracy of the recipes for all the foods that will be on the plates of our guests. He must be organized, clean of his own work, clean of his person and efficient in his work. Compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards is essential.
