Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies aligned with the organization's technical and business objectives.
• Provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee financial systems, tools, and software used for budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
• Optimize financial systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, including analysts and technical product teams.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Digital Product Department department.
• Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
• Lead or participate in digital projects, such as investment evaluations, or system implementations.
• Prepare and deliver product pricing reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate results, forecasts, and strategies effectively.
