We are seeking an experienced, organized, charismatic CSR/Graphics Designer to help manage our digital production department for our Stoney Creek location. * Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a B-2-B environment preferably within the commercial printing, marketing and direct mail industry
* Print stream Graphics Design education from a reputed institution
* Knowledge of and hands-on experience in various graphics designing tools, applications, software and tricks of the trade
* Superior communication skills (oral and written)
* Ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and all levels of the organization
* Ability to working autonomously, needing little direction and comfortable with ambiguity
* Ability to see obstacles as opportunities, you use plans that don\xe2\x80\x99t work as a springboard for learning and you\xe2\x80\x99re willing to do whatever it takes to find people you can help with our services
* You have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and daily access to a vehicle
* Digital/offset print knowledge or experience
* Experience in the fields of customer service, marketing and distribution will be asset
* Comfort and knowledge of working with print and finishing equipment About Us
