Job Description

CSR Duties:

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Submitting ICBC rental forms
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Closing out account folders
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Interacting with vendors
  • Generating repair orders
  • Providing repair updates to customers via phone, text and/or email
  • Managing/Posting invoicing and parts returns
  • Reconciling repair orders
  • Basic estimating and data collection
The Successful Candidate:
  • Passion for cars
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving
  • Computer literate
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Vancouver, BC V5N 4E9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
