Customer Service Representative

in our Calgary location

The ideal candidate should be experience in the automotive industry, professional, results-oriented, and can work with little supervision

Ideal Candidate:

- Knowledge/experience in Automotive is a

requirement

- Excellent communication skills, in English. French as a second language would be a strong asset.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel

- Friendly and enthusiastic personality

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Good data entry skills

- Able to work independently and results-oriented

Primary Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information

- Execute upselling strategies to increase average transaction price

- Maximizing inbound sales opportunities via maintaining a strong conversion ratio

- Communicating important customer relationship issues with the Sales Manager via customer escalations

- Process payments for credit card transactions

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Experience and Skills:

- 1+ years in automotive parts or truck sales

- Customer-service oriented

- Experience at a parts counter would be a strong asset.

This is not a work from home position. Daily travel to and from the office in Calgary SE is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
