Position overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Richmond, BC. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, while providing outstanding support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Documentation
Accurately enter and confirm customer orders in the system
Review delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment
Process return documentation and payment collections through multiple methods
Maintain organized filing systems for proofs of delivery and invoices
Customer Support & Communication
Respond promptly to customer inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email
Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and resolve issues related to deliveries, payments, or collections
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Forward documentation to clients as needed (invoices, payments, confirmations, etc.)
Problem Solving & Collaboration
Identify and address order discrepancies or delivery challenges
Apply established procedures and use sound judgment to find effective solutions
Contribute feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or related field is an asset
1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or distribution
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to give basic direction, instruction or presentation to others
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
