Customer Service Account Representative

to work in a fast-paced environment for our Guelph location!

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax. Process orders in a fast-paced environment, accuracy is a must. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers' needs. Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma required. Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks. 3 years of customer service experience preferred. Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred. MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset. Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively. Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write).
