MAJOR DUTIES
Customer Service
Provide superior and professional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and redirect calls when necessary.
Process sales orders and invoices accurately using the ERP system.
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather feedback and nurture relationships.
Maintain a professional store appearance and cleanliness.
Assist customers in making informed selections, provide quotes and discuss pricing issues.
Support & assist pickups and deliveries as required, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Address customer issues promptly and courteously, resolving them effectively.
Resolve delivery issues efficiently.
Process inter-branch transfers to meet customer needs for out-of-stock items.
Track and follow up on warranty items in coordination with internal resources.
