BASIC FUNCTION



Provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, collaborate with other branches, and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. This role involves direct contact with customers, as well as collaborating with Management, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery staff. Flexibility to perform various tasks beyond daily responsibilities may be required.

Experience



Minimum 2 years in a customer service role (Trades).

Software



Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).

Familiarity of ERP software.

Considered an asset



Knowledge of Well Drilling, Groundwater, Pipe, Environmental, Geothermal and Fittings industries.

Experience in wholesale/ production/ distribution servicing trades.

Experience with Nexus ERP software.

Lift Truck driving experience and certification.

WORKING CONDITIONS



Physical Requirements



Lifting of product up to 50lbs.

Standing for prolonged periods.

MAJOR DUTIES



Customer Service



Provide superior and professional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.

Handle customer inquiries promptly and redirect calls when necessary.

Process sales orders and invoices accurately using the ERP system.

Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather feedback and nurture relationships.

Maintain a professional store appearance and cleanliness.

Assist customers in making informed selections, provide quotes and discuss pricing issues.

Support & assist pickups and deliveries as required, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Address customer issues promptly and courteously, resolving them effectively.

Resolve delivery issues efficiently.

Process inter-branch transfers to meet customer needs for out-of-stock items.

Track and follow up on warranty items in coordination with internal resources.

Comply with

ALL

company safety guidelines and processes.

Warehouse/Delivery



Ensure accurate order picking and verify against packing slips.

Schedule and manage deliveries and report any damaged goods promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
