Crusher operator :

A crusher operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to crush and grind materials. They work in industries such as mining, construction, and manufacturing. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues. On heavy equipment , Excavators , Dozer , Wheel loaders , Pumps , Gen sets

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery, including crushers, conveyors, and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner Monitor equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and performance Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment Record and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and production data Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning and general maintenance of the plant and equipment
Requirements:

Previous experience as a crusher operator or in a similar role Knowledge of crushing machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries Physical stamina to work long hours in challenging conditions, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects Attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues Good communication skills to interact with other team members and supervisors effectively Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
