We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Crusher Forman. This position is essential in overseeing crushing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Provide operational skills on crusher and equipment Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets established standards and specifications. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues that arise during the construction phase.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required. Loader and crushing experience is required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 per week
