Crouse's Cleaners is a locally owned, third generation family business providing garment care services to Grande Prairie and area since 1979. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence, engage customers and drive business growth. As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover and connect with us - both online and in person.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and execute marketing efforts to support company growth.

- Participate in bi-monthly marketing meetings

- Complete tasks outlined in the marketing plan including:

- Capture and create video and photography content for social media and marketing purposes.

- Create, schedule and post engaging content for social media platforms

- Implement and grow email marketing campaigns.

- Oversee website updates and improvements to ensure a strong online presence.

- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize digital content and improve search rankings.

- Plan, manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility & traffic.

- Help with radio and billboard advertising campaigns.

- Analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with an emphasis on digital marketing

- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and website management

- Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing and online advertising

- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. are an asset

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and content creation skills.

What We Offer:

- Part-time hybrid work position with flexible hours (10-15 hours per week).

- Hourly pay ranging between $25-30 per hour based on education and experience.
